preparedness. We will ask if he or she has a living will, medical care
proxy, guardianship, and Power of Attorney. If the client answers "no"
to any of these questions, we initiate a discussion on the importance of
these legal issues. We then refer the client or family to an experience
Elder Law Attorney.
